Centralized Programming Department: Our nationally recognized Centralized Programming Department is the first and only of its kind anywhere. All new hearing aids are digital and must be programmed to the individuals needs, therefore your hearing aid is only as good as the person who programs it. Our Programming Department is centrally located and employs only computer specialists trained in hearing loss and hearing aid technology. When you, are fit with your hearing aid your are paired with one of our specialists who works directly with you, either at our main location or at our satellite locations by remote access, to assure that your new hearing aid is just right for you.
